I want to thank Nicolien Wieringa for her coaching. Nicolien, you enabled me to see my priorities and the choices I needed to make to finish my thesis in time. Without your help I would not have managed to start my new job in September with a finished thesis.

Although you need to pull yourself together, it is just great when people offer you a mirror to see how you can do that in the best way. Nicolien Wieringa, thank you for your role in the finalising phase of this thesis.

Nicolien Wieringa helped me greatly in a time when the light at the end of the tunnel seemed to move farther and farther away. She enabled me to put everything in perspective, to create much needed breathing space for myself and to get things back on track.
